The Terms of Service define the terms of use for the PlayCamp platform and the rights and obligations between the company and users. By using the platform, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms, and service use may be restricted if they do not agree.Establishment of Service Agreement
Timing of Contract
The service agreement is established when the user agrees to the terms during registration and completes the sign-up.Grounds for Rejecting Registration
The company may refuse registration or terminate the agreement afterward in the following cases:- Providing false information
- Using another person’s identity
- Being under 19 years old (for creators)
- Technical or operational issues
Member Rights and Obligations
Member Rights
- Right to freely use the service
- Right to request personal information protection, access, correction, and deletion
- Right to raise objections against unfair treatment
- Right to withdraw if not agreeing to terms changes
Member Obligations
- Responsibility to safely manage account information
- Obligation not to misuse others’ accounts or use false information
- Obligation not to use data obtained through the platform for purposes outside the terms
- Obligation to comply with relevant laws and platform policies
Studio and Creator Rights and Obligations
Studio Responsibilities
- Responsibility for campaign settings and budget execution
- Accurate communication of reward policies
- Clarity of guidelines provided to creators
Creator Responsibilities
- Content creation according to provided guides
- Compliance with advertising disclosure requirements (“Paid promotion”, “Sponsored”, “AD”, etc.)
- No false or exaggerated advertising
- No copyright or portrait rights infringement
Service Use Restrictions and Suspension
Temporary Restrictions
The company may temporarily restrict service use without prior notice in the following cases:- System maintenance, repair, or failure recovery
- Urgent security issues
- Force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies
Permanent Suspension
Account use may be permanently suspended in the following cases:- Repeated terms violations
- Serious misconduct (self-trading, false data, abuse)
- Serious infringement of others’ rights
Limitation of Liability
Company Exemption
- Service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters
- Service use problems caused by user’s fault
- Data delays or errors due to policy changes by external stores (Google, Apple, Steam, etc.)
Scope of Damages
Except for cases where the company’s intent or gross negligence is recognized, the company is not liable for indirect damages, special damages, or consequential damages.Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Dispute Mediation
Disputes related to service use are resolved through negotiation between the parties as a principle. If negotiation fails, resolution may be sought through dispute resolution agencies according to relevant laws.Jurisdiction
The company and users shall make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes related to the service. If litigation is filed despite all efforts, procedures prescribed by Korean law shall be followed.Terms Amendment Procedures
Prior Notice
When the company changes the terms, it shall announce the changes and effective date at least 7 days in advance.Significant Changes
For significant changes unfavorable to users, at least 30 days’ prior notice shall be given, with individual notification through reasonable means such as email or pop-ups.Deemed Consent
Continued use of the service after the announced effective date is deemed as consent to the changed terms.Right to Refuse
