The Operating Policy defines the detailed standards necessary for actual service operations based on the Terms of Service. This policy serves as a specific guide for campaign creation/participation, content operation, community activities, abuse response, and penalty standards.

Prohibited Activities and Penalty Standards

The platform restricts the following activities to maintain a healthy ecosystem and applies graduated penalties for violations.

Prohibited Activities

If the following activities are confirmed, graduated penalties such as warnings, feature restrictions, campaign participation restrictions, and account suspension may be applied.
  • Self-trading (using your own coupon to gain unfair benefits)
  • False or exaggerated advertising
  • Content that infringes on others’ rights
  • Activities exploiting system vulnerabilities
  • Purchasing or manipulating views/likes
  • Abuse and fraudulent transactions
  • Abnormal activities that circumvent platform operating policies

Campaign Participation Policy (Creators)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Platform verification completed
  • Campaign conditions met (subscriber count, platform type, age, etc.)
  • No serious history of misconduct penalties

Participant Obligations

  • Compliance with mission guides
  • Compliance with advertising disclosure requirements (“Paid promotion”, “Sponsored”, “AD”, etc.)
  • No copyright or portrait rights infringement
  • No use of false or manipulated data

Participation Restrictions

  • Cannot withdraw after being designated as a participant
  • Cannot drop out during campaign progress
  • No contribution earned for missions performed outside campaign period

Studio Scope of Responsibility

Studio Responsibilities

  • Campaign setup and creation
  • Budget execution and management
  • Reward policy settings
  • Participation approval/rejection (for approval-based campaigns)
  • Settlement payment deposit

Studio Authority

  • Campaign creation and modification (subject to status-based restrictions)
  • Creator participation approval/rejection
  • Campaign-specific mission and contribution policy settings
  • Coupon setup and management

Studio Obligations

  • Prior written contract execution (including electronic signatures)
  • Accurate campaign information provision
  • Payment of promised rewards
  • Compliance with personal information protection laws

Creator Scope of Responsibility

Creator Responsibilities

  • Content creation according to provided guides
  • Compliance with disclosure requirements (advertising notices, etc.)
  • Content quality and authenticity maintenance
  • No fraudulent activities

Creator Rights

  • Campaign participation choice
  • Right to receive fair compensation
  • Performance data access right
  • Right to raise objections

Dispute Resolution Process

  • Submit with supporting documentation within designated deadline
  • Decision made according to platform internal review process
  • Priority review when clear evidence is submitted

Metric Objections

  • Can raise objections to contribution calculations
  • Contribution adjustments possible when payment cancellation/refund/abuse is detected

Abuse Detection

When activities deemed as abuse are confirmed, the platform may recover or adjust related rewards regardless of whether settlement has been finalized. In cases of serious abuse, immediate account suspension and legal action are possible.
