Revenue Settlement

Revenue settlement is the procedure for creators to withdraw settled amounts from their wallet to their actual bank account. Settlement amounts are calculated based on monthly campaign performance and supporter code sales, displayed as withdrawable balance in the wallet screen.

  • Feb 1-15: January revenue data closed and invoice issued to studio
  • Expected settlement amount calculated per creator

Payment Confirmation and Wallet Credit (Early March)

  • Mar 1-5: Studio deposits settlement to PlayCamp account
  • Upon confirmation: Settlement automatically credited to creator wallet (withdrawal enabled)

Withdrawal Request and Payment (Anytime)

  • Request period: No limit (can request anytime with wallet balance)
  • Payment date: D+2 business days at 10:00 AM from request date
  • Tax deduction: 3.3% withholding tax applied before payment

  • Mar 1-5: Studio deposits settlement to PlayCamp foreign currency account
  • Upon confirmation: USD credited to creator wallet

Withdrawal Request (Anytime)

  • Request period: No limit (minimum $100)
  • Request deadline: Requests by the 15th are eligible for that month’s payment

Transfer Execution (25th of each month)

  • Exchange rate: Applied based on rate at 00:00 UTC on the 20th
  • Transfer execution: Batch transfer through payment partner on the 25th
  • Deposit completion: Deposited to creator account between 25th and end of month

Click ‘Request Withdrawal’ button

Enter Information

  • Select payment currency (KRW/USD)
  • Confirm bank account information
  • Enter withdrawal amount

Confirm Expected Amount

Check final deposit amount after tax and fee deductions

Complete Request

Withdrawal request completed

Check Settlement Status

You can check settlement status in real-time on the dashboard:
  • Request Completed: Withdrawal request has been received
  • In Progress: Transfer processing is underway
  • Payment Complete: Deposit to account is complete
Settlement history can be downloaded for your records if needed.

Important Notes

Decimal Handling

  • USD: Truncated below 2 decimal places (e.g., 100.1234→100.1234 → 100.12)
  • KRW: Truncated below 1 won (e.g., ₩1,234.56 → ₩1,234)

Refund Processing

  • Fees for refunds from last month are deducted from this month’s settlement.
  • If deduction exceeds credit, this month is processed as $0 and remaining deduction carries to next month.
Abuse of payment/refund systems or policies may result in sanctions or claims for damages.
