# Revenue Withdrawal Request

> The process of withdrawing your settled balance from your wallet to your bank account

## Revenue Withdrawal Request

This guide explains how creators can withdraw the settled balance accumulated in their wallet to a real bank account. Your settlement amount is calculated based on monthly campaign performance and is shown as "Withdrawable balance" in your wallet.

## Withdrawal Requirements

### Minimum Withdrawal Amount

| Type                        | Minimum Amount                                             |
| --------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Domestic creators (KRW)** | KRW 130,000 or more                                        |
| **Global creators (USD)**   | USD 100 or more                                            |
| **Holding both KRW + USD**  | `(KRW balance ÷ exchange rate) + USD balance ≥ USD 100.00` |

  For KRW + USD combined balances, the **Bank of Korea base rate** at the time of request is applied.

### Before You Request a Withdrawal

* Check your withdrawable balance
* Make sure your bank transfer details are registered
* (Business creators) Confirm whether invoice/tax invoice verification is required

## Settlement Timeline

### 1) Settlement Month (M): Revenue Occurs

* Settlements are aggregated on a **monthly basis (1st to last day of the month)**.
* Payment/refund data during this period is used for settlement.

### 2) M+2: Wallet Balance Credited (Withdrawable)

* Approximately two months after the settlement month, once the settlement is confirmed, the amount is credited to your wallet and becomes withdrawable.

### 3) Withdrawal Request & Payout (Twice per Month)

You can request a withdrawal anytime once you meet the minimum threshold. Payouts follow the schedule below based on when you submit your request.

  If the payout date falls on a holiday, the payout is processed on the next business day.

### Example

**January (settlement month M)** revenue occurs → **March (M+2)** wallet balance credited → withdrawal request (request by 15th: paid by 25th / request 16th\~end of month: paid by 10th of next month)

## Taxes and Payout by Creator Type

Tax and documentation requirements may vary depending on your creator type and country/region.

## How to Request a Withdrawal

    Log in to the PlayCamp Creator Dashboard.

  <Step title="Check Your Wallet">
    Check your **withdrawable balance** in your wallet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Request a Withdrawal">
    Click the "Request withdrawal" button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Information">
    * Confirm/register bank transfer details (applies to both domestic and global creators)
    * Global creators can still withdraw via bank transfer even without a Payoneer account.
    * (Global) Your Didit KYC flow must be approved, including Proof of Address (POA), before you can request a withdrawal.

    Review the final payout amount after taxes and deductions.

    Your withdrawal request is submitted.

## Track Status

You can track the withdrawal status in your dashboard:

* **Submitted**: Withdrawal request has been received
* **Processing**: Transfer processing is underway
* **Completed**: Deposit to account is complete

## Important Notes

### Rounding

* **USD**: Truncated below 2 decimal places (e.g., $100.1234 → $100.12)
* **KRW**: Truncated below 1 KRW (e.g., ₩1,234.56 → ₩1,234)

### FX Conversion & Transfer Fees

* If FX conversion is required, the **Bank of Korea base rate** from the previous business day is applied.
* FX conversion and bank transfer fees may be deducted.

### Refunds

* Refunds may reduce your settlement amount. If the refund deduction exceeds the credited amount, the remaining amount may be carried over as Debt.
* If you have an outstanding Debt balance, withdrawals may be restricted.
